These terms govern your use of hydrate.epsilonorganic.com and any purchase made through it, operated by Epsilon Organic, Inc. ("Epsilon Organic," "we," "us"), Austin, Texas. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
Fixed-price systems (HH-1, SH-1, ST-1, WS-1, and the ST-1 + WS-1 bundle) can be purchased directly through Stripe Checkout, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. Quote-only systems (All Purpose Heavy Duty, All Purpose Agriculture) are priced individually after a consultation through our pricing form.
Prices are as listed on the site at the time of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Warranty and guarantee
Every system comes with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty and a 90 day money back guarantee, as stated on the product pages. If a system arrives damaged or doesn't perform as described, contact us at hydrate@epsilonorganic.com and we'll make it right.
Shipping and installation
After a completed order, our team follows up directly with shipping and installation details. Delivery and installation timelines vary by system and location and are not guaranteed to a fixed date unless confirmed with you directly.
Returns and refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Contact hydrate@epsilonorganic.com to start a return within the 90 day guarantee window.
Product claims
Our systems are water treatment and structuring equipment. They are not medical devices. Any statements on this site about wellness or water quality have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results and experiences described in testimonials vary and are not guarantees of outcome.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, text, images, and branding, is owned by Epsilon Organic, Inc. or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.
