Epsilon Organic, Inc. ("Epsilon Organic," "we," "us") operates the Hydrate by Epsilon Organic website at hydrate.epsilonorganic.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Pricing and consultation form: first and last name, phone number, email address, property type, product interest, preferred contact method and time, and any notes you add.
- Checkout: when you purchase a system, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. We do receive your name, email, and the order details (what you bought, the amount, and a Stripe reference id) so we can fulfill the order and send a confirmation.
- Cart activity: when you add an item to your cart, we log a randomly generated session id, the product, price, and quantity, so our team can see real-time shopping activity. This is not tied to your name or email unless you go on to submit the pricing form or complete a purchase in that same session.
We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy and the site's cookie notice will be updated first.
How we use it
- To respond to pricing requests and consultation questions.
- To process and fulfill orders, including shipping and installation follow-up.
- To send transactional emails: order confirmations, refund confirmations, and replies to messages you send us.
- Internally, to track leads and orders so nothing falls through the cracks.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Postmark, to send transactional emails (order confirmations, replies, password resets).
- Airtable, to store lead, order, and cart activity records internally.
- Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes all site traffic.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and order records for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, warranty support, and our own business records. You can request deletion at any time, see below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hydrate@epsilonorganic.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date above.
